Townhall with the CEO: Celebrating Progress, People, and Possibility

On May 26–27, 2025, Cross Country India hosted an inspiring two-day Townhall with John Martins, President & CEO, and Phil Noe, CIO of Cross Country Healthcare. Day 1 kicked off with strategic conversations with the leadership team, followed by an engaging office tour and team lunch. Departments showcased their work through thoughtful presentations and personal introductions. Day 2 brought powerful leadership talks, success stories, and a heartfelt recognition ceremony. A vibrant Q&A and forward-looking conversations reinforced the spirit of “One Cross Country.” John’s message was clear—India isn’t supporting the future; we’re helping lead it. With innovation, collaboration, and shared purpose at the core, the event celebrated our culture and commitment. Together, we’re crossing boundaries, not just countries.

Annual Awards 2025: An Evening of High Energy & Impact

Spirit Week 2025: Celebrating Teamwork, Joy, and 39 Years of Excellence

Spirit Week 2025 at Cross Country India, held from 21^st to 25^th July, was a vibrant celebration of our people, culture, and 39 years of excellence. The week was filled with energy, gratitude, and fun, a true reflection of our spirit.

From “Spirit in Sticky Notes” that filled our spaces with positivity, to a lively Tambola game, and an upbeat Zumba session, each moment brought us closer. The excitement wasn’t limited to one location it echoed across offices, screens, and teams.

What made this year truly special was the participation from every level and corner of Cross Country. From leadership to new hires, everyone joined in showing the unity that powers our culture.

Cross Country India Annual Awards Night 2024: Celebrating Excellence and Teamwork

On December 8th, 2024, Cross Country India hosted its Annual Awards Night at the Ritz Carlton Pune, bringing together leaders and employees for a memorable evening. Jerry Chico, SVP – Global IT Operations, flew in from the US to join the celebration, along with Ashish Jadhav, VP and Country Head, and other senior leaders. Employees, dressed to impress, celebrated the company’s top performers across various categories. The night was filled with vibrant dance performances, highlighting Cross Country’s culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Kick-Off 2026: Excitement, engagement and a strong start to what’s ahead

Kick-Off 2026 brought our teams together to align on the year ahead and reaffirm what drives us forward as One Cross Country. Joining remotely from the US, Chairman, CEO and Co-Founder Kevin Clark and Chief Information Officer Phil Noe emphasized the importance of caring deeply about outcomes, staying connected, and moving forward as one team. At the Pune office, we were joined in person by Jerry Chico, SVP Global IT Operations, who spoke about the role of AI-led progress and continuous improvement in shaping the future. Capturing the spirit of the conversation, Amiee Hawkins, Chief Solutions & Operations Officer, shared: “The only way you win is by working as one connected team. It doesn’t just take a village; it takes a city — interconnected, always on, and moving together.” Ashish Jadhav, Vice President and Country Head, CCI, brought it home with a powerful reminder: culture is what keeps teams connected, aligned, and moving forward together.
