About Us
CCI is an STPI (Software Technology Parks of India) registered company that is 100% export oriented—a relatively new concept in India. New with us, however, becomes a cliché very soon when it comes to technologies that we use in our software development projects. Operational since early 2006, we are growing with an exceptional and extraordinary pace. We follow all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and have various teams and expertise to cater to the various phases of the SDLC. Among numerous others, CMMI and PMP certifications are a couple of our recent strategic goals.
Our Human Resources division makes sure that the work culture at CCI is open, fair, and innovative. We respect regional cultures and promote a healthy work-life balance for our employees.
We have a diverse client base that includes approximately 3,000 hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and other healthcare providers across all 50 states of the United States. This makes us one of the largest Healthcare Staffing companies in the United States. Our healthcare staffing business segment comprises travel and per diem nurses, allied health staffing and clinical research trials staffing. Our other human capital management services business segment consists of education and training, healthcare consulting, and physician and healthcare executive search services.
Cross Country Healthcare started its operations in 1975 in the healthcare domain and is a NASDAQ-listed company (CCRN).
Nurse and Allied Health Staffing
We specialize in healthcare staffing services to hospitals and healthcare facilities through our
Cross Country Staffing and
MedStaff brands. We provide our clients with travel and per diem staffing solutions. We provide credentialed registered nurses (RNs) for travel and per diem staffing assignments at public and private healthcare facilities and at for-profit and not-for-profit facilities located predominantly throughout the U.S. A majority of our assignments are at acute care hospitals, including teaching institutions, trauma centers and community hospitals located in major metropolitan areas. We also provide other healthcare professionals in a wide range of specialties that include operating room technicians and other allied health professionals, such as rehabilitation therapists, radiology technicians, and respiratory therapists. Altogether, our national client base includes approximately 3,000 hospitals and other healthcare providers. Our fees are paid directly by our clients and, in certain cases, by third-party administrative payers. As a result, we have no direct exposure to Medicare or Medicaid reimbursements.
Cross Country Staffing is our core brand that provides staffing services to hospitals and healthcare facilities throughout the US. Our other recruiting brands are operational on domestic and international bases that recruit RNs and other allied healthcare professionals. These brands include
Cross Country TravCorps,
NovaPro,
Cross Country Local and
Assignment America. As part of its business strategy, Cross Country Staffing pursues and implements exclusive and preferred provider relationships with hospital clients and group purchasing organizations. Cross Country Staffing provides clients with a suite of solutions to facilitate the efficient management of their temporary workforce while decreasing overall operating costs. These solutions range from efficiency-enhancing technology to full vendor management solutions.
MedStaff markets both, its travel nurse staffing services and per diem nurse staffing of healthcare professionals to public and private hospitals and healthcare facilities across the U.S. It primarily focuses on high levels of customized service to its clientele on a national basis and in those
local markets where it maintains branch offices. Through its HealthStaffers affiliate, MedStaff markets its services to government and military treatment facilities.
